We are currently seeking a driven and compassionate individual to join our team as the Clinical Services Director (CSD).  As the CSD at Edgewood, you would be responsible for the overall clinical oversight of the resident medical care plans which will include training and management of the clinical services staff.  You would also prepare the agency for state licensure and Medicare certification surveys and ensure clinical staff is compliant with state and federal regulations.

Minimum Requirements


You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
  • Registered Nurse license.
  • Assisted living, dementia, geriatric care experiences a plus.
  • Require a caring, cheerful and compassionate attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and training skills with highly organizational skills.
  • Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program.
  • Passion and drive for helping others.
  • Must be an excellent mentor!!
