Job Summary
This position will work Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
Job Responsibilities
This position provides administrative assistance such as clerical functions, general support and customer service, as assigned, in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards and procedures.
Accurately completes clerical functions; including data entry, typing, copying, faxing and filing in a timely manner. Answers and directs calls in a professional and timely manner and accurately records messages. Prepares outgoing mail and parcels for shipping. Sorts and delivers mail in a timely manner. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary. Records, processes and maintains accurate meeting minutes and distributes to appropriate employees. Maintain filing system. Completes quality improvement audits as assigned.
Qualifications
Completion of an office management class and previous experience preferred.
Typing, data entry, filing, problem solving and telephone skills, professionalism and communication skills.
Computer knowledge required.
