Position Information

Grant funded part-time and/or temporary curriculum development contractor position.Develop technical courses supporting industrial automation and/or manufacturing industries. Responsibilities include development of recommended course outline, textbook (if applicable), curriculum development (written content, lecture content, presentations, exercises, etc.), and exam/assessment development.

Required Competencies

  • Master's Degree in Management or related field and 3 years' (36 months) non-teaching experience in a related occupation. OR Bachelor's degree in one of these disciplines and 5 years (60 months) non-teaching experience in a related occupation.
  • Must have experience working with Project Management, quality practices and measurement, manufacturing processes, and logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer software skills - Microsoft Office, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive management experience.
  • Curriculum development, teaching, or training experience.
  • Project Management Certification.
