Position Information

Position Description & Details:

Temporary assignment at an agricultural research center responsible for assisting scientists and laboratory specialists in processes of a crops research program. Position requires diverse skills with major responsibilities to include laboratory equipment operation, assisting with laboratory processes and field research activities.

Responsibilities:

Laboratory duties including grain cleaning, sample grinding, weighing and data collection. Field work including sample collection and miscellaneous tasks related to assisting research leaders.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Advertised Salary:

Commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Willingness to be timely to work schedule and desire to put forth consistent and full work days. The experience or demonstrated ability to learn the skills necessary to operate specialized laboratory equipment. Detail orientated, ability to maintain focus on task.
