Job Details
Office location can be flexible for the right candidate.
You will provide leadership for assigned staff, including effective performance management, identification of training needs and personal development plans; serve as a key compliance and documentation resource to develop procedures, processes and forms; serve as primary resource and coordinator for EnCompass; and provide leadership and management of real estate secured consumer loan document preparation and closing functions.
If you are a team player; have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, economics, finance, marketing, business management or related field, or equivalent, related work experience; five to seven years of progressive experience in the financial services industry with focus and experience in the lending compliance areas; and leadership skills to select, evaluate, engage, motivate, mentor, train, delegate, reward and lead remote team members, apply today!
