Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 40.00
Assists the team that serves as initial primary point of contact to Sanford technology end users. Will accept a limited number of calls and electronic requests. Understands entry-level best practices for providing front line support. Demonstrates high regard for learning and adapting to customer service situations. Resolves issues on first call when possible using knowledge retained from training and searching resource materials available. Seeks appropriate resources when necessary. Records issues in the software database.
Possesses the ability to comprehend and retain dynamically changing information relevant to supporting the department and organization. Demonstrates a high level of accountability on all operational duties and adhere to expected standards. Follows documented processes paying close attention to detail. Must demonstrate professional writing skills and complete all phases of call records as directed. Must be able to multi task.
Hours - 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Week 1 - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates’ degree in technology related field strongly preferred.
