Job Description:
Responsible to coordinate and partner with management in planning, developing, leading and completion of a wide variety of initiatives and business development projects that support the business strategy and ensure the efficient delivery of operational programs and services. Oversee and participate in all aspects of projects: establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Partners with operational areas to develop, disseminate, and coordinate implementation of organizational initiative. Assists with defining project strategies which are consistent with Essentia strategy, Policies & Procedures, mission, vision and goals. Brings expertise in LEAN and Process Design/Improvement to bear on projects and related facility and work flow design. Will also ensure that process excellence strategies are incorporated into project management methodologies. Work Experience: 10 or more years’ experience in project management, process improvement and Lean/six sigma related work

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Organizational Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field OR substantial experience in coordinate and partner with management in planning, developing, leading and completion of a wide variety of initiatives and business development projects in a maintenance department in lieu of education.
