Industrial Assembly Technicians

Job Description

Spherion Staffing is looking for Industrial Assembly Technicians with advanced skills to mass-produce material handling components or to assemble those components into a completed truck trailer. Qualified applicants should have previous factory assembly experience and have 1-3 years' forklift experience.

Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm - Overtime as needed
$18/hour

Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
- Operates forklift as required
- Measure parts to specified tolerances
- Clean, assembles, disassembles, and replaces parts as required
- Keep production supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments

Skills:
Requirements:
-3 years minimum manufacturing experience required
-1-3 years forklift experience preferred
-Must be mechanically inclined
-Proficient in reading blueprints, using a tape measure and have mathematical aptitude

High School

1-4 years
