This position provides coordination to the Agriculture, Farm Business Management, and Veterinary Technology programs.
$24.03/hr.
Required Qualifications
* Associates degree
* Demonstrate understanding of Agriculture and/or Ag Education
* Event planning, programming, or project management experience
* Demonstrated understanding of recruiting and/or academic best practices
* Ability to demonstrate strong presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations of student, staff, faculty, and community members
* Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
* Ability to Travel (10%)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's / Master's Degree
* Commercial driver's license (CDL)
* Experience in strategic enrollment management at a two-year technical college
* Experience in implementing strategic enrollment management goals
* Experience working with students from diverse and traditionally underserved backgrounds and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion
* Experience within a multi-campus institution
* Knowledge of ISRS, CRM/CMS systems, ImageNow, and/or DARS
