Job you will do

The Seasonal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to professionals from January 2021- April 2021 with the opportunity to work 30-40 hours per week.


Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant in Orem might include the following:
  • Scan client documents for our tax professionals.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Office Administrator and Administrative Leads.


Who You Are
  • You have prior experience in an office setting or in an administrative support role.
  • You have the ability to utilize scanning software and manage electronic files.
  • You consider yourself to be detail-oriented.
  • You have the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
