Position Summary: You will independently lead multiple complex technical projects at the Division, District or System level to achieve our goals. Directly or indirectly oversee and guide project members and technical support staff to accomplish goals. Provide expertise in business processes and Retail Payments Organization (RPO) systems, and contribute to improvements in project and portfolio management processes. You will manage the development of project plans, project deliverables, and risk. Maintain operating procedures and ensure their implementation. Inform senior leadership and other members of project progress, findings, and deployment plans. You will report to an Application Delivery Services Director in the RPO. Responsibilities: Manage multiple technology projects of varying complexity at the Division, District and System level to promote the development of domestic and international retail payments services. Independently manage project schedules and deadlines. Outline project requirements, resources, equipment, time, and costs. Manage development of requirements and overall project plans. Communicate project progress, findings, output and deployment plans to senior leadership and all members. Lead (directly and indirectly) project teams in execution of projects. Confer with and advise team participants on policies and procedures, priorities and methods. Consult with personnel in other departments to coordinate activities. Oversee administrative functions in managing the team and project deliverables. Act to resolve and escalate conflicts, risks, and action items that arise in daily project operations and during development efforts. Propose solutions with time and cost estimates. Ensure new products comply and conform to the latest industry rules and regulations and Federal Reserve policy and procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and tools supporting project and portfolio management.
