Leader, Hospitality Financial Operations

This Leader is responsible for administrative, financial and operational tasks critical to the successful functioning of RH Hospitality Locations. This includes, but is not limited to, accountability for property related accounting and cash handling, invoicing and compliance. They will provide the necessary information to the Sr. Leader Financial Operations, Hospitality Financial Controller and Senior Leadership team in order to increase the profitability of the business while maintaining required corporate standards. This Leader will partner with cross functional leaders throughout RH to champion innovation in everything we do.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
Execute finance and accounting activities, supporting Financial Operations team with accounting, finance, legal, compliance, tax, external and internal audit including public company requirements
Oversight and training of the Administrative Coordinators
Develop and monitor financial and compliance policies and processes, providing recommendations / implementation of improvements
Support restaurant menu costing and inventory using Foodager and related processes
Perform your respective location locations daily financial operations including:
Direct oversight for cash handling, cash deposits, daily cash audits and change orders
Purchasing, inventory and accounts payable oversight for the restaurant: Invoice review and processing, monthly vendor statement reconciliations
Maintaining and renewing restaurant compliance and HR requirements

OUR REQUIREMENTS
4-5 years professional experience in a service or hospitality role
Finance or operational background preferred
Advanced computer proficiency in Excel, timekeeping, point-of-sale, and inventory systems
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects, workload and business partners in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
Integrity and discretion surrounding all confidential documents and information
