Scheduling Staff Coordinator - Senior Services

Description

Lakewood Health System has an opening for a Full-time Scheduling Staff Coordinator for Senior Services.

Essential Duties:

• Creates and maintains accurate schedules of staff in Senior Services using Paycom software by following established policies and procedures.
• Updating the CNA registry
• Assist with day to day scheduling, including tracking and managing open shifts
• Assist in scheduling staff to ensure that required regulatory education is completed
• Assist with timecards and electronic timecard review and adjustments
• Assist with hiring process for Senior Services, including setting up interviews, checking references and completing new hire paperwork

This is a Full-time position working mainly Monday - Friday - 80 hours per pay period. This position does require some flexibility including an occasional weekend.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Minnesota Nursing CNA registry preferred but not required

Previous Senior Services staffing scheduling experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent oral and written communication skills

High level or organizational and prioritization skills

Deals effectively with multiple interruptions in work flow

Excellent Customer Service Skills is a must
