Kelly Services is looking for HR CLERK in SAFETY & WORKERS COMPENSATION for local corporate food company in Austin, MN.JOB DUTIES: Responsible for all administrative duties for the Corporate Safety Business Department as well as ordering supplies. Maintains the overall data reporting system for the Corporate Safety Business Partner Department, i.e. OSHA Injury and Illness logs, Safety Elite and Excellence data and Workers Compensation state reports information to ensure confidential, accurate and timely reporting of information. Prepares monthly, quarterly and year end data reports for both Safety and Worker s Compensation information. Functions as a resource for plant safety/workers compensation managers and provides assistance as needed. Administrates International Travel program including maintenance of Traveler profiles and distribution of International SOS information to international travelers. Maintains security badge log system, monitors custom access level grids, and runs reports as requested. Creates unemployment accounts for new entities/states as well as preparing necessary rate notification letters to our Payroll department. Completes monthly, quarterly and annual workers compensation state reports as well as quarterly workers compensation reports for employee benefits management team.QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated use of organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Well developed interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to prioritize work. Possess unquestionable ability to maintain confidentiality. Software proficiency including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Power Point, and Word.
