Southwestern Mental Health Center is currently seeking applications for a Full-Time Program Administrative Assistant position at the Southwinds/ACT office in Worthington
The Program Administrative Assistant is responsible for the general functioning of the Front Office duties. Supports professional staff with daily schedule, client's appointments and case management tasks. Provides phone reception services to all clients, families, vendors, agencies, and co-workers. Actively works directly with clients and natural supports by phone and/or in-person. Handles walk-ins and contacting team members as needed. Enters client data into Information System, completes clinical transactions in system. Completes consent to treatment agreements, release of information and annual updates.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to perform basic operations on a computer within the Windows operating system. Good attendance mandatory. Join our fun team of Mental Health Professionals!
