- BA Degree, two (2) years of communications with engineering concentration.
- Minimum 5 years of prior related experience in technical writing, design and layout demonstrated by published training materials or other documentation. Minimum 2 years of prior proposal writing experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Knows and uses the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the field of specialization.
- Demonstrates the ability to work with others as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of management
- Working knowledge of word processing and other similar documentation and graphic arts tools such as Adobe Acrobat (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator
