Job Summary

Get hired and become CNA certified!

All hired uncertified nursing assistants are automatically enrolled into a free, 120 day CNA certification program as part of employment.

All coursework is provided by the Sanford Health Nursing Assistant Training Program and lab/clinical times are provided through Good Samaritan Society and approved through the State of North Dakota.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner according to location standards and individualized resident care plans
  • Helps residents with maintaining proper clothing and personal items;
  • Assists residents by passing snacks and trays, and provides a positive dining experience.
  • Maintains residents' privacy and confidentiality of personal information
  • Provides residents with opportunities for independence and choice consistent with their care plans
  • Works with team members and other staff members in a helpful, respectful and courteous manner

No certification required.
