Job Summary

Good Samaritan Society - Home Care in Robbinsdale provides care and services to individuals living in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area and the following counties Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, McLeod, Ramsey, Scott, northern Sibley, Washington and Wright.
  • Home health services are medical services given by registered nurses, therapists and aids in the place you call home as your partners in health and well-being
  • This full time role provides such benefits as; PTO, Paid Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, and many more
  • Hours would be 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with extensive travel in the metro market
  • Ability to earn additional compensation based on sales goals every month

Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect Sales Generates and follows through on all sales leads using the GSS approved sales process
  • Assists in planning and organizing prospect lead generation events. Adheres to sales quality assessments
  • Referral Sales Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources including professional, government and community agencies to maintain/exceed sales goals
  • Planning Reviews key competitor's service offerings and market position relative to the needs of potential customer and marketplace demands
  • Documentation Maintains and analyzes Society-wide enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) database for prospective leads and referral sources on a regular basis
  • This position sometimes presents things to the community, such as educational information relevant to senior audiences, and sometimes attend health fairs- although those activities are minimal at this time, it would be expected in the future

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in business or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales
  • Ability and willingness to speak in front of small groups of people; ability and willingness to engage in one-on-one conversations with residents and prospective residents on a regular basis; ability and willingness to manage multiple projects at the same time; basic typing skills
  • Above average written and oral communication skills; ability to work with percentages, decimals and dollar figures
