Field Service Technician

Overview:

Responsibilities:

The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

• Hydraulic repair for General and Ag line
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Power train Systems troubleshooting and repair
• Constant customer contact
• Majority of work will be field work out of field service truck
• Occasional overnight stay
• Complete service reports, timecards, parts orders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be outgoing, aggressive and have excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience with repairs of heavy equipment.
• Individual must be able to work well without supervision.
• Microsoft computer skills are a must.
• CDL preferred or the ability to obtain.
• Must be able to meet and maintain insurable driving status
