**_Position Title_**_Customer Care Representative_**_Position Overview_**+ Answering inbound calls in a courteous and friendly way regarding online mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraudulent charges, travel alerts, and more.+ Individuals be answering 75-125 calls a day.**_Position Requirements_**+ Excellent customer service skills+ Ability to type 40WPM**_Pay_**_$16/hour_**_Hours_**+ Hours are between Monday- Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday - Friday 8am-6pm.
