Payroll Administrator

DescriptionGrowing manufacturing company in Sheboygan seeks a Payroll Specialist due to growth and restructuring. This Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 650 employees using Ultipro (exempt, non-exempt and Canadian). Main focus will be processing payroll, payroll reporting (15 reports) for accounting, multi state payroll, reconciling payroll deposits, tax withholdings, wage garnishments, deductions, etc., processing garnishments, child support orders, employment verifications, unemployment notices, etc., participating in the enhancement of processes and standards for the department; assisting in various projects and other duties as assigned by the manager. AA or BS in HR or Accounting is strongly recommended and/or 3+ years of experience in payroll. International payroll and multi-state payroll experience is a plus. HRIS experience is desired.
