Eventide on Eighth in Moorhead, MN is currently looking for a Clinical Education Director, RN

The Clinical Education Director prepares, develops, coordinates, and implements all clinical education and training programs along with training new hires at orientation.

Ideal Candidate
  • Current MN/ND RN License required or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Experience in education and long term care preferred
  • Requires excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills

Essential Job Functions
  • Plans, implements and evaluates educational needs for all employees.
  • Prepares, conducts and coordinates training programs for all employees and management.
  • Develops instructional materials to assist employees as needed.
  • Responsible for scheduling and conducting CPR certification classes for all Nurses, C.N.As and qualified individuals.
  • Schedule Mandatory In-services.
  • Monitor computerized In-service Tracking System and In-service make-up schedule.
  • Safety Instruction per location for sites.
  • Management Training (soft skills) for company-wide leadership team.
  • Assist HR departments with New Orientation and implementation in ND and MN locations.
  • Continuing Education on ICARE values throughout organization.
  • Displays friendly, outgoing, helpful attitude toward all employees.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services offered.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations concerning employment.
