We are currently seeking a creative, passionate individual to join our team as our Life Enrichment Director. In this role at Edgewood, you would be responsible for providing a calendar of planned activities for our residents. You would also provide resources and support to all residents and staff in the social and interactive operations of the community. You would maintain the department budget, determine staffing requirements and assignments, and manage staff and volunteers to carry out a comprehensive life enrichment program.

Minimum Requirements
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience preferred in Senior Living including but not limited to IL, AL, Memory Care, Long-term Care or Home Health.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and contribute to a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
- Exhibit high level of professionalism, courtesy and time management skills.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
