We are currently seeking a friendly, organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role at Edgewood, you would be responsible for ensuring efficient business office functions that focus on staffing and recruitment efforts. You will coordinate scheduling at the building, assist in new hire orientation and employee training, and perform HR-related duties.

- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of HR/Payroll procedures, Accounting/bookkeeping policies and systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness is necessary.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
