The ideal candidate has experience creating business process flows, data flows, requirements, communication plans, and training for business application changes and releases. Technical skills desired: experience with Jira or other sprint planning tools, a thorough understanding of the SDLC, and Hands-on experience working with both development and product management team in an agile environment.
