Peoplesoft Business Analyst

job summary:

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to standard SLDC methodology (Requirements, Design, Development, Deploy)

- Serve as a liason between Business and Technology

- Provide creative solutions for complex issues

- Documentation and training for new enhancements

- System Testing and coordination of UAT testing

Required:

- 5+ years experience with PeopleSoft HCM

- Experience with Time & Labor systems

- Experience with Accrual processing

- PeopleSoft HCM

- PeopleSoft Payroll module

- Core Business Analytic skills

- Good communication skills

- Ability to serve as a change manager

- Ability to operate with little supervision
