Pricing Excellence Manager

Danfoss Business Systems (DBS) is looking for an experienced pricing professional who can demonstrate a proven track record in pricing excellence and change process facilitation.
The Danfoss Group is rolling out a Pricing Excellence Program which will drive pricing excellence across all Danfoss segments. You will play a key role in developing and introducing best-in-class price setting principles, as well as helping the organization develop advanced capabilities and a new mindset to achieve and sustain pricing excellence.
Your role is to support the development of pricing strategies globally and across all Danfoss segments. This includes developing new methodology and processes, specifying tools and facilitating change through training, coaching, and engaging the organization.
Extensive travel activity must be expected.

Background & Skills
To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant Master's degree and have extensive professional experience in pricing excellence, process facilitation, and change management gained in a global B2B business or in a leading consultancy firm. A proven record of successful roll out of pricing excellence activities.
Experience specifying and rolling out leading pricing software
Excellent skills in driving change initiatives in pricing through training, communication and coaching
Business acumen, value chain understanding and financial understanding
Experience working in a global Matrix organization and participating in global project teams collaborating with a network of internal and external world-class specialists
Fluent and comprehensive in English - written and verbal
