Under the supervision of the County Attorney, provides information and support services for victims of crime. Performs statutorily required duties set forth in the Crime Victim's Rights Act. Provides notification of rights and scheduled hearings during the criminal justice process, provides short term crisis intervention, and makes referrals to community service agencies. This is a grant funded position which requires quarterly reports and renewal applications.

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
Compassionate communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a member of a team as well as ability to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of grant applications
Flexibility to accommodate on-call need
Excellent organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge
