This position is within the Prosthetic Urology (PrU) franchise, which is part of the Urology and Pelvic Health (UroPH) business of Boston Scientific. The portfolio for this franchise includes products that treat erectile dysfunction, we well as products that treat male stress urinary incontinence.

The Digital Marketing Strategist develops best-in-class digital marketing programs to help drive the overall Business Unit objectives. The Digital Marketing Strategist owns the comprehensive omni-channel digital strategy leading digital activation projects and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels. The person works in close collaboration with key stakeholders in our franchise and patient marketing organization as well as across the BSC community. Qualified candidates have proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing programs, email nurture, web, social as well as SEO/SEM campaigns that drive business results among healthcare providers (HCPs) and Patients. This role reports to the Director of Digital and Demand Generation and will be a key contributor in achieving the divisions business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop overall UroPH PrU global digital strategy across email, web, SEO/SEM, and other key digital channels aligned with the broader Marketing and Integrated Communications campaign strategy.

Own planning, execution and measurement of digital campaigns targeting HCP and DTP audiences.

Analyze available data sources (ie 3rd party research, competition, digital trends, past campaign data) to help guide and inform digital and broader Global Integrated Communication plans

Drive CRM strategy by leveraging SalesForce.com data to effectively target key audiences

Support the continuous improvement of campaign processes, delivery and measurement

Work in close alignment with the PrU DTP Content Strategist and Patient Marketing Manager to steer the digital narrative related to and , along with their respective email and promotion programs

Leverage and refine analytics and Key Performance Indicators for campaigns and digital channels by working closely with Global and Division analytics teams to create measurement plans and deliver insightful campaign reports to key stakeholders and leadership

Key areas of collaboration:

Content Strategists leveraging the content that they provide as part of broader communication efforts

Social Media Strategists on all social strategies and tactics

Digital Production personnel and external vendors on project plans and execution of digital deliverables

Product and Patient Marketing partners as well as Global Integrated Communications team to ensure digital plans and tactics support broader marketing commercial strategies

Director of our Global Digital Marketing Team in Corporate as well as the pan BSC team of Digital Marketing Managers, analytics, social media, and web technology experts to create robust campaigns

Effectively communicate and recommend fresh innovative and relevant ideas/plans to business partners and gain alignment

Manage external vendors/agency relationships as well as campaign budgets as appropriate

Ensure UroPH digital plans are appropriately aligned with other BUs and best practices are shared

Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices with both internal and external teams

What we're looking for in you:

Candidates must be based in either our Marlborough, MA or Minnetonka, MN offices

Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing. MBA preferred.

6-8 years of relevant global digital strategy experience required. Experience in digital marketing in healthcare, particularly targeting HCPs and Patients, is preferred.

Candidate must have strong CRM and digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing digital campaigns.

Understanding of and comfortable using Google analytics

Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing tools (Marketing Cloud), MailChimp and WordPress is strongly desired.

Thorough understanding of inbound & outbound email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, customer relationship management, webcasts/webinars, and more is required.

Ability to work effectively as a member of a regionally diverse team, in a fast-paced environment is required

Travel up to 20% depending on requirements. Candidate should be comfortable with travel and overtime as commitment requires.
