Digital Business Strategy

Closely align with business partners to understand core product strategy and key growth segments
Avidly monitor sales, market, competitor and customer sentiment data to inform overall business and digital strategy
Propose digital experiences based on detailed customer and competitive research and comprehensive ROI modeling
Aggressively concept, test and scale new ways to grow digital sales/revenue in a manner that aligns with the core Digital Office and Home Lending business strategy
Create and evolve the go-to-market strategy for Home Lending across public and secure channels

Agile Journey Team Responsibilities

Write stories/epics to capture desired user experience/capabilities and business value
Maintain and prioritize a product roadmap and backlog to ensure work focuses on those opportunities with maximum customer/business value and align with product strategy
Take on responsibility for day-to-day activities of an Agile team under the direction of the Experience owner
Drive discovery through user research, user testing and multivariate testing
Partner with User Experience leads/practitioners to employ user-centered design best practices in every-day Agile work
Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Data Science, Content Strategy and SEO experts to maximize use of digital capabilities as they are rolled out
Help monitor the health of the team and take ownership in enhancing the connection, collaboration and trust across the team.

Day to Day Accountability

Monitor daily, weekly, monthly traffic and sales reporting to highlight successes and issues.
React to issues and opportunities aggressively to constantly protect and evolve the user experience
Engage and manage vendors via existing, new or expanded contracts where appropriate.

A little more: This is not a stand-alone team and will require a hyper-collaborative individual that can connect horizontally across other digital sales teams and vertically with teams focused on enhancing the experience of home buyers and homeowners holistically. This role is WAY more interesting (and more complicated) than getting someone to simply add a product to a shopping cart and check out; deep customer engagement and empathy is a must in this exciting, anxious, emotional world of home buying and home ownership.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of product management experience
Four or more years of managerial experience
