ACCOUNTABILITIES: (The primary functions, scope and responsibilities of the role)
Develops and Manages CRM Relationships:
??? Coordinates and communicates a shared vision and plan for the marketing CRM products in collaboration with the IT Product Owners, sponsors, and all key stakeholders.
??? Represents marketing leadership interests to the IT Product teams, in alignment with business strategies, organizational initiatives, and enterprise infrastructure needs.
??? Partners with IT team to set annual marketing CRM development priorities and define initiatives that encompass marketing goals and adheres to enterprise infrastructure & security.
??? Manages the iterative & incremental delivery of value to internal & external users, from the business perspective.

Leads and Maintains CRM Projects and Priorities:
??? Owns the marketing CRM plan, from the business perspective.
??? Makes decisions to prioritize marketing CRM products and projects from the business perspective. Delivers highest business value and ROI.
??? Ensures marketing priorities and plans meet expectations for delivery of new CRM functionalities.
??? Manages socialization, shareholder/user research and shareholder training for marketing CRM product roll-outs.
??? Consistently communicates status updates and delivery progress to marketing leadership and related shareholders, including release communication relating to marketing CRM products and projects.

Job Description
??? Actively engages with the stakeholders, promptly responding to questions and making decisions necessary to maintain optimal velocity and delivery cadence for marketing CRM products and projects.
??? Maintains knowledge of Salesforce and other technology capabilities and trends and evaluates potentially beneficial additions to marketing CRM products.
??? Serves active role in mitigating impediments which could impact on-time and on-budget delivery of quality marketing CRM products and projects.
??? Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
??? Work effectively within Salesforce.
??? Understand technology capabilities and manage to business needs, plans and expectations.
??? Communicate with excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to communicate business and technology concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
??? Possess a strong personal work ethic with a drive to deliver excellent customer service, with a commitment to quality and continual improvement.
??? Solve complex problems with excellent decision-making skills; comfortably manage ambiguity, risk and uncertainty.
??? Manage multiple priorities, including negotiation, delegation and conflict resolution.
??? Maintain confidentiality related to information and records management.

Education and/or Experience:
??? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement.

??? Four years' experience with defining and prioritizing requirements in a CRM environment.
