Individual will maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as client policies and procedures. Will need to meet/exceed individual service goals and demonstrate operational excellence.Work Hours:- Standard 40 hours, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.- Hours: 7:00-3:30/8:00-4:30/9-5:30 (Flexible)Flexible, consistent 8 hour shift- Ability to work a rotating shift requiring individual to be in the office until 4:00pm one week per month- Overtime hours will be mandated as necessary- Annual peak season time off subject to limited availability during peak processing times from the 2nd week of December through the 1st week of JanuaryRemote Access:- Remote processing may be required to support business needs. Internet access is the responsibility of the employees- Pay is $14.50/hr. This is a work from home position until further notice. Job expected to last from November to April.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:- Process customer orders such as debit cards, welcome kits and checkbooks in a responsible, timely and accurate manner- Process customer demographic changes and complete account maintenance in a responsible, timely and accurate manner- Process manual transactions and plan specific updates on FSAs, HRAs, etc- Process employment status updates, accountholder terminations and consumer moves- Participate in researching and resolving critical incidents- Monitor, edit and send daily orders files to vendors- Assist in training of new Coordinators- Review, update and/or create new operational procedures as needed- Prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time- Take ownership of escalated issues and report systems or policy issues to appropriate parties- Act as an advocate for the customer by submitting feedback through appropriate channels- Consistently meet/exceed all customer service standards- Model behavior consistent with Operations customer service standards, policies and procedures- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ManagerWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PMSkills:**Customer Service**Typing/Data Entry**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required, Microsoft Access is a plus.7000 keystrokes per hour with a field accuracy percentage of 97% or above.For excel at least 75% accuracy or better.Education:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:Education:High School / GED requiredMust be subject to a criminal background check and drug screenMust be at least 18 years of ageExperience:2 years of experience in data entry and analysisPlease attach updated accurate resume if interested.Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
