The Video Operations team, part of client Media Products, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist, servicing and tracking client branded original content. We're growing and urge you to apply. Department Summary

The Video Operations team focuses on creating the premiere video experience for all content types, with impact throughout the industry, for a worldwide digital audience. Ideal candidates are not only passionate about entertainment, but also care deeply about the customer experience, and can contribute to a diverse organization with expertise in Partner Relations, TV App Services, Video Services, Music Video Content, Technical Operations, and Quality Control.

Our responsibilities include working with internal partners; ingestion of all video, audio, and ancillary assets; collaborating with developers on integration into our platforms & services; as well as supporting localization, accessibility, quality control and more. We are a group of self-starters that thrive in a team-oriented environment and who utilize analytical skills to compliment problem-solving abilities in order to arrive at efficient solutions in support of our collective goal of providing a truly extraordinary global customer experience for our EST/VOD, OTT, and subscription platforms.

Key Qualifications

- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in Marketing Operations at Studio, Streaming service or Marketing agency

- We are looking for someone with advanced knowledge in the following areas

- Title Treatment localization workflow

- Global Artwork management

- Global Metadata management

- Creative services

- Domestic and localized international trailer versioning (multiple languages)

- You must be collaborative, organized and a team player

- You must work well under pressure and with tight turnaround times

- You are able to manage multiple expectations in a fast paced environment

- You must have the ability to make decisions independently

- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture

- You are agile and able to work in an ever-evolving environment



Job Requirements:

Description

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day to day management of global marketing materials for on and off platform, as well as Archive. Working alongside the Localization and Distribution teams, your duties would include, but not be limited to:

- Tracking incoming source Marketing assets

- Ordering of globally localized Marketing assets

- Being the key stakeholder for final delivery of all source marketing assets

- Representing the group in various meetings

- Monitoring all milestone and partner due dates

- Updating schedules

- Issuing alerts if the project due date is in danger

- Providing status reports to AMP Video Services and other stakeholders through to final delivery

- Working with internal creative teams or 3rd party vendors/agencies on workflows and QC

- Analyzing reports

- Troubleshooting issues

- Obtaining corrections on rejections

- Managing sign off for finals assets before they enter the production pipeline

Education

College education preferred; 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and/or Marketing Asset Workflow (Master Level Asset Management)
