Group has an exciting opportunity to join our growing sales organization as a Business Development Manager for trade tooling and automation equipment. The position reports into the Director of Tooling and Automation Sales. Job Responsibilities: Grow MGS tooling and automation equipment sales within new and existing customer, including contract manufacturers and healthcare manufacturers. Foster strong customer relationships across a variety of functional areas Develop acute understanding of customer needs and how MGS can provide superior and lasting value Prepare and execute annual strategic action plans Track and report progress on identification and penetration of all opportunities Become an MGS expert regarding industry trends and competitive offerings About MGS: MGS is a privately held, $235M contract manufacturing expert that delivers custom, integrated solutions that drive business performance and growth across a wide variety of industries. We use the most sophisticated tooling, molding, and automation solutions in the industry today - our own.Experience and Skills: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years' experience selling into a complex, multidimensional environment; tooling and automation equipment sales for plastic injection molding strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time (as travel restrictions and safety concerns permit); reside near a major international airport Why MGS?
