Team Lead - Life Insurance Transactions
Milwaukee, WI
Some responsibilities will include:
- Monitors daily performance of the team against SLAs and provides guidance to ensure delivery predictability.
- Ensure that there is no billing loss and buffer is as priced in / optimal.
- Talent management - Implements career development and succession plan for direct reports.
- Keeps the team engaged to ensure high morale and low attrition.
- Responsible for improving CSAT.
- Has an in-depth understanding of life insurance products, the business, regulation and current industry trends.
- Is able to create and present reports internally and to clients
- Diagnoses gaps in existing processes and look at reengineering opportunities.
- Is able to manage transitions as required without impacting BAU.
- Maintains ongoing knowledge of changing products, procedures and industry trends.
- Works closely with enabler functions as required.
- High School Diploma
- At least four years of relevant work experience
Job Requirements:
Preferred
- Proven track record and experience working in a fast paced team environment with ability to meet high productivity and quality levels and tight deadlines for service delivery.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes and work with internal applications required to execute the responsibilities for this role.
- Excellent service orientation and work ethic.
- Must be committed to protecting client confidential information.
