Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate IT Portfolio Analyst for a 6-month Contract position working with a client in Healthcare in WI area.
This position focuses on administering the processes associated with IT governance and demand management. This position will support the IT leadership team and Governance Committees by organizing and maintaining data and processes for the intake of new IT projects necessary for the leadership to make informed decisions regarding the prioritization and allocation of IT resources.
Responsibilities:
-Portfolio Management: Maintain the methodology and repositories for governance related activities and associated change control management processes.
-Manages continuous improvements to the Portfolio & Project Management tool(s) as it relates to processes and data.
-Promotes and administers polices and processes required to manage the intake, approval and oversight of the department portfolio.
-Work with the Analytics Centers of Excellence Community (ACOE), and other governing bodies to prioritize and resource the EAP portfolio.
-Standards Adherence: Maintain compliance with the department operational and governance procedures and process specific standards.
-Maintain Quality Data: Use self-review and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data within the tools used for reporting.
-Communicate in a manner that facilitates effective and efficient processes.
-Communicate with customers timely and translate internal process and terminology in a way that helps the customer understand the information and processes
-Provide the information necessary to the target audience to make an informed and efficient decision.
-Create positive peer, team, or customer interactions and experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in IT, healthcare records management or similar is required.
- Critical thinking / problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and Organizational skills
- Basic level of understanding in MS Office suite and SharePoint.
Education:
Associates degree in Computer Science or related field and/or healthcare
