As a Digital Consumer Experience Business Analyst, you will:Support Allina Health's Marketing Technologies platform including consumer engagement with tools that will include social media management, digital asset management, project management tools and other marketing automation tools. Serve as subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with online consumer facing and enterprise applications.Implement, modify, test and administer business system applications in support of our online digital consumer experience.Define detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the customer.Troubleshoots complex situations and relationships.Liaison between IS, Marketing , customer support and users to resolve workflow or functional questionsDevelop work plans and structures for project strategiesOrganize, plan and schedule assigned project tasks as neededPartners with key groups within Allina Health, as well as external partners and vendors Collaborate with peers in an Agile Scrum development environmentHelp coordinate development of new cutting edge consumer driven digital platforms. Be responsible for basic project systems planning including monitoring and tracking questions, conducting system testing, and developing and conducting user trainingChallenges others' thinking to create effective and efficient work processesConducts analysis of business and consumer needs and revises existingRecommends and documents procedural changesEducation BS/BA strongly preferred or previous work experience as a business analyst or related position.Qualification/SkillsMinimum 3-4 years business applications experience in broader and complex areasMay have significant expertise in business area or with particular information systemExperience with Agile/SCRUM methodology a plusAbility to develop collaborative partnerships across departments, business units and Allina to achieve results and improve performanceAbility to adapt quickly to changing business and technology needsDemonstrates sound business judgmentAbility to facilitate meetingsAbility to conducts analysis of business and users' needs and revises existing systems as neededBasic report writing and analysis, including design summaries for metricsStrong communication skills internally and externallyAbility to accurately and effectively translate business requirements to system specificationsSelf motivated, ability to present and execute on options for project and application issues.Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skillsTakes initiative to become more knowledgeable about Allina's business and healthcare industry trendsAbility to detect, log and managers defects found in testingAbility to understand and execute the test tasks and report the findings within the defined timelinesWork Schedule Exempt statusMinimal travel requiredAbility to work remotely 2 -3 days a weekBenefit eligibleNo weekendsNCTDay shiftLocation/Community InformationMinneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb.
