Position Responsibilities

• Obtain vendor quotes.
• Review and negotiate IT vendor agreements.
• Coordinate IT contract and maintenance renewals.
• Coordinate software volume licensing.
• Review license requirements for new deployments.
• Create and place purchase orders.
• Handle and reconcile invoices.
• Expedite deliveries on select products.
• Complete reports and special projects.
• Assist with physical inventory audits.
• Prepare control documentation, flowcharts, policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, IT contracts and purchasing processes, workflows and practices.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in IT sales or purchasing.
