Our client located in Fond du Lac, WI is aggressively growing and are adding to their team with Outside Sales personnel for either B2B or B2C opportunities in the construction/home improvement category. The essential functions of the job includes, but are not limited to the following:
Follow up on all leads given to you from the inside sales team. Well handle generating great leads so you can focus on selling, NOT cold calling.
Ability to climb a ladder when required not being afraid of heights and the ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
Enter order details into an accounting software package.
Ability to us the MS Office Suite.
Maintain and update customer profiles.
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to understand both business and customer goals.
Act as customer point of contact from project start to end.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication. Including resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Work closely with the team to ensure that all company and personal goals are met or exceeded.
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
Competitive base salary & lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
A clean driving record is a must to drive a company vehicle after your probationary period.
