To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to drive the work direction of our Minnesota and Omaha Regional Maintenance Technician team!

Salary dependent upon experience.

The position is accountable for developing and driving the work of the Minnesota Multifamily Facilities Managers, Omaha Maintenance Manager as well as the Maintenance Technician team.This includes providing overall work direction in identifying and prioritizing maintenance policies, processes and ensuring successful completion of maintenance work.They are responsible to ensure all work performed is in accordance with operating and safety standards.

Our Maintenance Leaders are critical members of our property management team who motivate their team to identify and solve problems for our residents.They will lead our vision to keep our residents happy and satisfied by ensuring maintenance requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner.The person in this role will enjoy and have a sense of personal fulfillment from knowing they are helping to create an exceptional home experience for our residents by creating an exceptional employee experience for our Maintenance Technicians!

Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a maintenance or facilities department
  • 10+ years of maintenance experience
  • Ability to motivate, direct and prioritize work
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders to determine a strategy as well as willingness to reprioritize as needed to achieve overall success
  • General understanding and use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi Property Management software preferred

Other Requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor degree in facilities management or related field preferred; or 5-10 years related work experience and/or training.
  • Set of basic hand tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Vehicle (gas allowance provided)
  • May be required to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
