Product Support Operations Specialist - Corporate

We are currently hiring a Product Support Operations Specialist in our Corporate office! As a Product Support Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in equipment management, as well as providing continuous improvement and product support to our internal customers. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally with a 65-year strong premier equipment dealer.


•    Develops and Manages customer support packages to support customer equipment

•    Establish pricing for preventive maintenance kits and repair options 

•    Assists in quoting of equipment management packages for customers, sales, service, and parts

•    Supports the deployment of equipment management solutions

•    Responsible for developing and analyzing CVA financial health reports

•    Monitors and analyzes processes, data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues, and problems that could impact business results.

•    Works with operations, administration and product support personnel to define and initiate process improvement projects and provides end to end continuous measurable improvement.

•    Becomes and remains knowledgeable in the applications and use of technology products and their value in reducing customer O&O costs

•    Register/Setup new technology devices

•    Manage renewals and billing of Customer Value Package Invoicing

•    Works collaboratively with all areas of the dealership to share information and utilize resources to resolve issues or perform services for the customer 

•    Applies analysis of techniques and procedures, consulting with users, to determine functional hardware, software or other systems needs

•    Serve as main point of contact for manufactures and customers regarding telematics and system issues 

•    Provides Service, Sales and Parts departments with technical support for Product Link/AgCommand telematics devices

•    Works within and promote vision, mission, and values of BMC

•    Is required to travel

•    Performs other duties as assigned


•    A four year degree in Business or Process Improvement related field and/or equivalent experience and training preferred

•    Previous industry experience in product support preferred

•    Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

•    Good facilitation skills

•    Good Project Management Skills

•    Proficient in MS Office

•    Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must

•    Must be willing to travel

•    Public speaking skills
