We have active owners who have spent their lives in the industry as well as a small home office and district manager who support our General Managers. Terza Ristorante is located in the heart of downtown Rochester, MN. Popular with both Mayo Clinic guests and local residents, the warm, inviting atmosphere provides a reprieve for guests to leave their cares and experience impeccable service with hand-crafted classic Italian fare and fine wines spirits. We are seeking a General Manager who delivers unsurpassed hospitality to every guest, ensuring an unforgettable evening filled with quality drinks and delicious food.

Responsibilities
 Lead all aspects of this $3.5 million, 200 seat authentic Italian concept
 Use best hiring practices to put aces in their places, allowing you to reach your strategic goals and financial benchmarks
 Create a professional work environment where people are well trained, guest-oriented, safety conscious and enthusiastic about your brand.
 Develop plans to meet and exceed expected benchmarks for profitability and growth
 Lead and develop a cohesive management team consisting of FOH, BOH, and Executive Chef.
 Manage the financial and operational aspects, including ordering, receiving, storing, inventory, costing, product rotation, organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
 Confidently analyze restaurant needs and adjust to fluctuations in sales and volume.

Qualifications
 Five years of hospitality or related experience required, or degree in a relevant field with three or more years’ experience.
 Proven ability to gain and retain guests with your exceptional branding skills
 Well-versed in creating profitability through understanding Profit and Loss, communityinvolvement, marketing promotions, and ethical business practices.
 Ability to inspire, develop and mentor employees for personal and professional growth
 Demonstrated time management excellence through proper scheduling and staffing
 Computer Skills – MS Office, Scheduling Software (Hotschedules), Restaurant365 inventory and P&L management
 ServeSafe certified
