Job Responsibilities
  • This position performs marketing functions such as community outreach, lead generation and marketing planning, as assigned, in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards and procedures.
  • Visits with community leaders to promote the senior living community and solicit use of services.
  • Develops and implements a sales and marketing plan incorporating advertising, marketing and promotional opportunities.
  • Ensures sales and marketing plan strategically supports growth to achieve sales goals under determined time frames and budgets.
  • Reviews key competitor's service offerings and market position relative to the needs of potential customer and marketplace demands.
  • Ensures a timely response to trends that impact senior services.
  • Assists in developing and supporting regional goals and the Society's Strategic Direction while adhering to proper stewardship of Society resources. Is the backup to the Supervisor Senior Living.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associates degree in marketing or business required. 1-2 years of marketing experience highly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to speak in front of groups of people; ability and willingness to engage in one-on-one conversations with residents and prospective residents on a regular basis; ability and willingness to manage multiple projects at the same time; must have advance Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills are required.
  • Must be a team player and willing to jump in when needed.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English and be able to articulate clearly and audibly.
  • Above average written and oral communication skills; ability to work with percentages, decimals and dollar figures.
