Part-time Office Administrator

Average of 1 day per week for 8 hours per day.

Position Summary:
Under direction of City Auditor, assists in the administration of municipal affairs by performing general office tasks and bookkeeping duties relating to municipal utilities.

Essential Job Duties:

* Greets visitors to office
* Responds to questions from the public, in person, over the phone and through email
* Enters meter readings for all utility accounts
* Prepare and mail monthly utility bills
* Gather, deposit and post utility payments
* Assists City Auditor with weekly tasks

The individual must have the ability to proficiently operate standard office equipment. They must also have great communication skills and be able to establish effective working relationships with co-workers.
