Job Summary

This position is responsible for receiving functions of the department. ***Part-time day shift, 24 hours per week.
These include receiving, unpacking, storing supplies; managing the appropriate paperwork; and processing returns. Distributes supplies to other locations, departments and outside entities. Assists in maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and adjusting as needed. Maintain and update the system as needed, including stock item information, location information and requisitions. Should be organized with ability to note difference in supply levels and supplies. Reports to Materials Management Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
Two years of stock clerk experience preferred. Computer skills, using a calculator and experience with inventory control process preferred.
Valid driver’s license is required.
