Hey Laramie, we're in search of a Registered Nurse  to join our Edgewood team as the  Assistant Clinical Services Director ! In this role you'll utilize your  nursing and leadership skills to truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while supporting and mentoring a team of caregivers and clinical staff , working together to provide our residents the exceptional care they deserve.

As the Assistant Clinical Services Director at Edgewood you would work closely with our Clinical Services Director, and together you'd be responsible for the overall clinical oversight of the residents' medical care plans. Additionally, you would participate in the management and training of clinical services staff, to ensure the delivery of care meets your and Edgewood's expectations.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

• Registered Nurse license
• Assisted living, dementia, geriatric care experiences a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and training skills with highly organizational skills.
• Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program.
• Will ensure caregiving staff is trained in clinical charting system.
• Requires a caring, cheerful and compassionate attitude.
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment.
• Supportive of company's growth & quality care initiatives.
• Good understanding of assisted living policies, state licensure regulations and Medicare conditions of participation.
• Must be an excellent mentor!
