Position Information


Two postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Jagdish Singh in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at North Dakota State University, with appointment beginning on or after January 15, 2021. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in pharmaceutics, Neuropharmacology or closely related field with a strong desire to conduct research in the gene and drug delivery to brain for brain disorders, and possess good interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills. Preference will be given to applicants with training and research expertise in areas that complement existing laboratory strengths in drug delivery using nanoparticles/nanomicelles, drug and gene delivery to brain to treat neurodegenerative diseases and other brain disorders. Experience in cellular and molecular techniques and AD model mice would be desirable but is not required. The Postdoctoral Fellows will present his/her research at both international and local conferences and submit in peer-reviewed journals.
