Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an energetic, innovative and detail orientated individual, who strives to deliver exemplary customer service, enjoys managing multiple projects, has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with an amazing team. This position ensures accurate and timely customer maintenance, billing, collection, receipting and reporting.
A two-year degree in Accounting, Business or similar field plus 2-4 years of office experience is required. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members while promoting and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database programs, and general office equipment is also required. Previous experience in print and digital marketing communications is preferred.
