Online Services Manager

We are seeking a full-time Online Services Manager to join our team in the Fargo, ND office but are willing to consider other AgCountry offices for the right candidate.
In this role, you will provide leadership for assigned staff; lead Online Services team to provide pro-active customer support and solicit customer feedback; develop, create and maintain procedures and documentation that outline how issues are quickly identified, documented, assigned and resolved; and analyze data to provide feedback on trends or opportunities for Association customer-facing technology applications or cash management products. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, computer science, information systems, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; three or more years experience of computer application, accounting experience or service desk support of multiple applications, preferably in a financial institution; and ability to identify, hire, develop, and maintain a high performing team, apply today!
