Sales Service Assistant

Kelly Services is looking for a Sales Service Assistant for a company located in Farmington, MN!This is temp-to-hire opportunity!**Pay Rate:**- $19 - $19.50 an hour**Hours:**- Monday to Friday- 8:00am - 4:30pm (some flexibility once trained)This company manufactures light poles using aluminum material. Product is used for streetlights and has been used in both the Twins and Vikings stadiums. Opportunity for growth is available with this company!**Job Duties:**- Process new orders electronically- Assist with customer communication- Process and track Ship direct orders as requested- Enter part numbers electronically- Provide information on status of in-house orders to Sales Department as required- Check orders to ensure they are correct- Work with the manufacturing team to fill the order- Average of 100 emails per day and limited phone work**Requirements:**- High School Diploma- Strong communication skills- Mechanical aptitude- Comfortable using a measuring tape- Good computer skills - experience with Microsoft products- Experience working in a manufacturing environmentIf interested, apply to this position for immediate consideration.
